ART RETURNS: All sales are final on handcrafted items. If you place a custom order for a handmade item, I allow a 3-hour window from the time of placement of the order to cancel this with no penalty. After this window has passed, I am no longer able to cancel the order and the item is processed and will be shipped out. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping to prevent damage en route to you. I cannot be held responsible for late deliveries from the carrier or lost items (please contact the shipper directly). Please double check your shipping address prior to checkout.
