Refund policy

As most all of my items are handcrafted or made to order, returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with your order, by all means, please reach out via e-mail so we can rectify any problems immediately.  I certainly wish for you to have the most pleasant 5-star experience and will strive to remedy any problems that may arise with your order.  As most all of my items are handmade and made to order, you may cancel if necessary within a 3-hour time frame of placing the order.  The best contact method is e-mail coastalelegancedecor@gmail.com.
